This breaks my heart to pieces. I love puppies and although I hate on chihuahuas i would never do anything like this! Dogs do NOT deserve to be abused!! This is plain wrong and inhumane. Watching the poodle struggle makes me so angry at these people. Put them to jail and beat the shit out of them!
